"Payed for service, then got dropped not even a week later and couldn’t get an explanation for why .(SMH) The communication wasn’t satisfactory and it felt like the assistance i needed wasn’t valued"

"Just started my policy march 12th and received an Email today that they literally cancelled my policy and won’t tell me the reason why. So I paid a little over $400 dollars and I’m getting a $76 refund with no explanation as to why I can’t keep my insurance. What a joke so now I’m insured until the 6th and I have to find a real insurance agent who won’t out of the blue just drop me. Thanks a lot !"
