"Just started my policy march 12th and received an Email today that they literally cancelled my policy and won’t tell me the reason why. So I paid a little over $400 dollars and I’m getting a $76 refund with no explanation as to why I can’t keep my insurance. What a joke so now I’m insured until the 6th and I have to find a real insurance agent who won’t out of the blue just drop me. Thanks a lot !"

"I was a little nervous with switching to another name brand insurance company after being at one prior with so many issues at the last one but I had a super helpful agent who explained everything so openly and it felt I really could trust my agent after everything he told me came back true. I did run into some issues but on my own mailing end and Levi was very patient to explain to me the next steps. I have yet to run into any issues that were not immediately resolved or reported higher up. And, I am always greeted with a real person from the office so I could also see them in person if I needed to, it’s amazing! Their drive safe and save is the real deal with a discount either way, it’s pretty nice. I just hope this next cycle shows how good my driving really is haha. But anyways, thank you Levi!"

"When we first started with this agent after being with our previous agent for so many years she was not very knowledgeable. Kept advising that she would have to call us back with answers and when we did she would call us several days later. Now, she has new person by the name of Abby who I will say is very rude or does not have good customer service training because we have been with State Farm for now over 20 years and not once have I felt like I needed to change agents AND insurance companies altogether. When calling in regards to a policy that I have had for now 15 years and the rules have changed WITHOUT notification and when I am speaking I rudely interrupted and just told "is there anything else I can help you with" basically to be shut up... that shows poor customer service. I refuse to deal with an agent and a company who treats their customers this way. I know that this will propbably not make it on their site because it will mess up their ratings however, if I could give a zero I would."
